When we recommend each

We build custom Next.js sites, and sometimes recommend Webflow. Here's when.

Webflow

  • No developer on the team and no plans to hire one
  • Under 30 pages in one or two languages

Questions

Is Webflow bad for SEO?

No. Webflow handles the basics well. The limits show up with many locales, heavy interactions and third-party scripts that you cannot fully control.

Can you move our Webflow site to Next.js?

Yes. We export the content, rebuild the templates, map every URL and keep rankings with a redirect map and 30 days of monitoring.

Will editors find a headless CMS harder than Webflow?

A little different, not harder. Editors work in structured fields with a live preview, and the layout cannot be broken by accident.
