Code, designs and content live in your repository, your Figma and your CMS, never only on our laptops.
Team cities
The team works from Kyiv, Lviv and Khmelnytskyi, so an outage in one city does not stop your project.
Native-level English review
Every page of copy, every proposal and every handover document is reviewed by a native-level English editor before you see it. Calls and the Friday note are in English.
Contracts and payments
You sign a services contract with Kyvrel. Payments are milestone invoices in USD or EUR, by bank wire or Stripe.
We sign your NDA before discovery and a data processing agreement whenever we handle personal data.
Questions
Is it safe to hire a Ukrainian web design agency during the war?
The risks are real and we plan for them in writing: backup power and connectivity for everyone, a named backup person per role, and every file in your accounts. The continuity plan is part of the contract.
How much overlap will we have with our team?
Seven to eight hours with the UK and the EU, and four or more hours with the US East Coast on request. West Coast teams usually meet us at 08:00 their time.
How do contracts and payments work with a company in Ukraine?
You sign a services contract with Kyvrel and pay milestone invoices in USD or EUR by bank wire or Stripe. The contract names both parties and the governing law.
