The rules for using this website, its calculator and the project form, and how a request turns into a project. Project work itself is covered by a written contract.

About these terms

These terms apply to kyvrel.com and its language versions, run by Kyvrel, a web design and development studio working from Ukraine. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Prices and estimates

Prices on this site are in US dollars and exclude any taxes or bank fees that apply to you. Calculator results are estimates based on what you entered. A price becomes binding only in a written proposal or contract that both sides sign, and we may change published prices before that.

Project requests

Sending a request does not create a contract or oblige either side to start work. We aim to reply within 4 business hours, Monday to Friday, Kyiv time. If we are not the right team, we will say so.

Please send accurate details and only on your own behalf or with permission from the business you represent.

How a project is agreed

Every project runs under its own signed contract, which takes priority over these terms. In outline:

  • Discovery comes first, is priced separately and is invoiced up front. You keep its research, sitemap and estimate whatever you decide next.
  • The written proposal fixes the price, scope, timeline, number of revision rounds and milestone dates.
  • The build price fixed in the proposal is invoiced by milestone, each tied to a stage you sign off. A typical split is 30% at kickoff, 40% at design sign-off and 30% at launch.
  • Changes after sign-off are priced in a written change note before any work on them starts.
  • Code, designs and content are created in accounts you own, and the contract sets out how ownership of the deliverables passes to you.

Using this website

You may read, link to and quote this site. Please do not scrape it at a rate that slows it for other visitors, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use the forms to send spam or someone else's data. Security reports are welcome at security@kyvrel.com.

Our content

The text, design, illustrations and code of this site belong to Kyvrel. Short quotes with a link back are fine; anything more needs our written permission.

Portfolio projects

Portfolio projects show our process, our design and what each configuration costs in our calculator. They do not report results for any client.

Links to other websites are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Liability

We keep this site accurate and available with reasonable care, but it is provided as is. Nothing on it is legal, tax or financial advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your country gives you. Project work is governed by the law and jurisdiction named in the signed contract.
