An estimate, not a quote. Your fixed price arrives in the written proposal and changes only if the scope does.

BreakdownHow the estimate is calculated
- Each product has a base price that includes a set size, counted in its own unit: sections for a landing page, page templates for a website redesign, corporate website or online store, knowledge sources and integrations for an AI chatbot, and screens for a web app.
- Each unit above the included size adds that product's per-unit price and shows as its own line in the estimate. A landing page includes eight sections, so a ten-section page comes to $5,500.
- Each extra language adds 12% of the base price and extra size, rounded to the nearest $50.
- Add-ons are priced the same on every product, from $800 for analytics setup to $4,500 for an AI assistant. Included ones show as included.
- A faster timeline adds 20% (priority) or 40% (rush) to the subtotal and shortens the schedule.
- No estimate is ever below $5,000.
Website cost questions
Why do prices start at $5,000?
Below that, a project cannot include discovery, custom design, QA and launch support done properly. $5,000 buys our landing page: a one-page site with all of those steps, ready in 1-2 weeks, with the same QA checklist as our largest builds.
What does a mid-size corporate website cost?
A corporate website with twelve page templates in two languages, a CMS your team edits, copywriting and analytics setup comes to $14,150 on the standard timeline. The calculator shows every line item and the schedule.
Are hosting and licenses in the price?
No. Hosting, CMS and font licenses are billed to your accounts by the providers, so you see the real cost. Most marketing sites run on the providers' free or entry-level plans.
Do you charge for the estimate or the proposal?
The calculator estimate and the first call are free. Discovery is a small paid step, and its output, including the fixed-price proposal, is yours to keep.
